Two years of occasional Yoga and infrequent attendance at the health club, I thought, was keeping me in shape. Was I wrong! I had no core strength nor stamina to keep up with these ladies. But the great news is Sue and her instructors give you modifications so you can progress from Level 1 to Level 3 with confidence.

They are reassuring and friendly instructors. The “make up” policy is great for ladies who don’t always have the luxury of an unchanging schedule!
