Experience the personal attention of a trainer without the expensive cost in a small group setting.  This class promotes flexibility, range of motion, stamina, core strength, balance and posture.  We will be using a variety of small equipment and our own body resistance to perform a sequence of exercises that will help you perform daily activities.  Please bring a mat and a set of 3-5 pound weights.
