Have you ever thought about why the risks of falling increase dramatically the older we get and how to combat against it? During class, learn to focus on a combination of breathing techniques, functional core strength and multi-positional balance training. Flexibility will also be addressed with simple, but very specific yoga sequences. Since flexibility and strength play large roles in fall prevention, learn what exercises and techniques should be practiced and how frequently they should be done to gain maximum benefits. This class is designed for all ages and abilities. Items required; Folding chair, yoga mat, strap and block, open wall space.
