Zumba Gold Toning
Zumba Gold Toning is a fun low-impact workout, dancing to multicultural music, which incorporates all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular, conditioning, flexibility, and balance. Bring a have a set of 1-2 pound weights, water and a towel ready for class.
Yoga for Back and Hips
This is a restorative class with slow, gentle stretches that offer a deep opening for the muscles around the hips, lower back and legs. Great for anyone with tight, sore or injured back or hips.
Body Sculpt
This class is a great way to define, sculpt and build lean muscle. Low resistance exercises with higher repetitions will focus on all muscle groups including abs. Please bring a set of 3-5 pound weights and a mat to class.
Stretch and Balance
This class will include simple and dynamic stretches to improve flexibility and joint mobility. Increase ease of functioning in your daily routine with gentle and no impact balance exercises. Floor routines are included in this class.
